We sell stationery, office supplies, furniture, ink, toner, paper, and related products.

- Manufacturers may change packaging, branding, colour shades, or specifications
- Small variations do not count as faults
If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable (for example, ink or toner compatibility), please check before ordering.
3. Placing an Order
- When you place an order, you are asking to buy the items listed
- A contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order
- We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable or there is a pricing error
4. Prices & VAT
- Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise
- VAT is added at checkout where applicable
- Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order
- Prices may change before dispatch if costs increase or an error occurs
5. Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Credit or debit card at checkout
- Invoice, where agreed in advance
Late payments may result in order suspension and additional charges, including interest and recovery costs.
6. Delivery
- Orders are delivered to the address you provide
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control
- Risk passes to you once goods are delivered
Please check your delivery carefully.
Any shortages or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
7. Ownership of Goods
Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
If payment is not received, we may recover the goods where legally permitted.
8. Returns & Cancellations
- Returns must be agreed in advance
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used ink, toner, paper, or consumables
- Special-order or customised items
9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods, unless the item is excluded by law (such as opened consumables or sealed software once opened).
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition
- Return costs are your responsibility
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please notify us within a reasonable time
- We may repair, replace, or refund the item
11. Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit)
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied or €100,000 (whichever is lower)
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
